Cream cheese mixture: Mix cream cheese, 60 g sugar, egg yolk and vanilla flavoring with the wire whisk of a mixer.
Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whisk together water, vinegar and oil. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined. Finally, stir in the Taunus-Tropfen and 2 tablespoons of flour.
Place paper cups in a muffin tray, pour in the dark batter and spread the cream cheese mixture in the center with a teaspoon. Bake in the oven at 150°C (convection oven) for 20-30 minutes.
